3 Ninjas Kick Back was a standard platform tie in to an optimistic but average 90's movie franchise. There were 4 3 Ninja's movies created in total, but only one game release. I guess that says something. The game was made up of standard 16-bit platforming levels, while the SNES and SecaCD had some scalling/scrolling levels added for good measure.
The title was never released outside of the USA. It was later re-released as a double pack along side Sony Imagesoft's similar movie tie in, Hook.
3 Ninja's Kick Back is the type of title that really did no favours for the platform and eventually lead to the sad demise of the system.
